Q4:

How much wind do I need to make the Snowfer go?
It requires very little wind to move with a Snowfer. The bottom of a Snowfer board has a waxed hi-tech base with little resistance on snow. Because of that there is a minimum of drag on Snow. On ice there is no resistance of the wet body of the Board. For that reason it is twice as fast as a windsurf board on water.

Q8:

Does cold temperature affect my Windsurfing sails?
At my experience in winter sailing since 1985, I have never damaged a sail or seen anyone's sails damaged because of cold temperature. All new sails bare cold temperature very well. Ultraviolet rays from the sun do more damage to the sail, than cold temperature do.

Q9:

Is it too cold to be sailing in the winter time?
